Out of desperation I stopped at New York New Wave for consultation on correction of a previous process that had gone awry, which was done at another salon. I had used New York New Wave in the past, and Richie reassured me that they could help and was honest about the time it would take to correct the wrongdoing. However, I am severely disappointed and I am not pleased with my haircut. – Length and layers are uneven all around and he cut off more than I asked. Owner is rude.
