Horrible place. They don’t use good products that’s why you need another mani pedi after two max three days. I gave them two chances but both times I wasn’t happy. Never go back. The photo is a week after. Most of it was the same after 2 days.

This place is very unorganized. They schedule and accept appointments but when you show up they have people there and they can’t assist you during your planned appointment. If they only have 2 people working here why do they take 5 appointments at the same time and then have people waiting for 30+ minutes. Absolutely horrible service.

I HAD A GREAT MANI/PEDI:) Today was my 1st time at New York Nails. Frankly, I’d read a rant, by a seeming nut-job, that almost stopped me from going. I’m a clean-freak, and I was delighted to find the salon spotless. The staff was professional & friendly. All the clients seemed happy & relaxed. Special thanks to CRYSTAL who took great care & paid special attention to me. I’ll definitely go back there again!

Horrible! I just wanted to have my pedi meni, the guy that did my pedi wasn’t professional at all. Not only he let me enter boiling water. he used tools that was unclean. I requested him to replace it with new or clean when he starts complaining. He barely clean my feet& when I requested him to do it a bit better he told me me to do it at home. The woman who did my nail was also very unprofessional& horrible on top of it the polish that they put was in horrible condition very thick and not usable. the place is dirty people unprofessional we’ll definitely won’t go there again. On top of it they charge $26 for a 15-minute pedi mani without even massage cleaning or do anything just cut your nails with nail polish and get the heck out of there. I wish I could upload picture to this respond so you will see that I left in bed very many that anyone can ever see.
