Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get a mani and pedi! The worst decision of my life!! The lady that did my pedicure didn’t even know how to cut my toes nails!! She acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing? Then I asked for a manicure and I ended up getting some tips put on and asked for a natural looking set!! Well apparently they have no idea what that is… I was very disappointed in what I got!! Had my nails dipped on a Wed. and had to go to another place to get them removed due to I developed an infection in my nails. Doctor said it was due to they used dirty tools. I have six nails with large blisters underneath them. I may have to have them removed due to how serious the infection is. On meds now hopefully it can clear it up before that needs to happen. The infection is so severe I have to be careful or it can turn into MRSA. Place is dirty and they don’t seem to know what they are doing on most requests given. I have had my nails dipped many times with no issues. Will never return and health department needs to be brought in.

Was in last weekend, haven’t been there in years. Place was very dirty and cluttered with random things. I was in there for about 2 hours with wait and just a simple gel fill in. I don’t think the guy knew what exactly he was doing, he kept asking for advice and he even smelled one of the clear polishes becaus he wasn’t sure what it was. After a few days my nails are already chipping off. Won’t be back!

The employees are friendly but I’m very disappointed with my nails. A young male in his mid 20s did my nails he rushed the whole process and ended up doing a very bad job. My nails came out looking bumpy & crooked. He put too much product on my nails that some look so curved. They look very bad Waste of money.

I picked a color but when he brought it out it looked different than what I had selected. I said I would actually rather get powder anyway and the technician said “gel is better”. No one was waiting and it was early in the day. No idea why a service/color change would be a problem. I went with it. My nails (gel) looked awful and all were off in less than a week.
