Stephanie is the best!!! My daughter and I both got a full set done with her today and we are so in love with our nails. She knew what I wanted even better than I did! She was very nice and fast and has a great eye for detail and both our sets came out perfect. I can’t wait to go get my next set done with her, thank you so much! During my visit at the salon, the girl cut open my fingers several times with her drill and proceeded to lay acrylic on top of them. I told her that my hands were bleeding and they hurt, and she did not care. She proceeded with what she was doing. She then laid the acrylic uneven and crooked on several fingers. She did not trim my cuticles before hand, instead, she laid the acrylic on top of my cuticles. Literally, the worst nail service I have ever experienced! I expressed my concern to the girl at the desk, and she did not seem to care. After all of this, I was still charged $62.

I had went to get my nails done on a Thursday evening and a very nice gentleman had done my nails but unfortunately by the next day three of my fingernails were already completely chipped of polish and the polish did not stay on. They did fix them for free on Friday but the very next day my nail is now broken and 3 more nails have polished chipped off of them already. They were all very very nice but I just don’t have the time to go back two days in a row to get my nails redone for to possibly keep happening, they do not offer refunds so unfortunately I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and repay for someone to fix my nails.

I waited a day to write a review to see if my opinion changed, but I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I get my nails done a couple times a month. One pedicure a month and I do dip every two to three weeks. This was my first time at this salon. The guy who did my pedicure is who I think all of the other bad reviews were about. He was so rough and even though I use regular polish on my toenails he took out the drill to get the polish off. I had to ask him to use acetone, but he still came back with the drill after removing my nail polish and was going around where the cuticle area meets my nail had to ask him to stop and had to pull my foot because of the burning. I don’t think he speaks much English so it was very hard to communicate. He then took a chonk out of my big toe when cleaning up my cuticles. He audibly gasped when he did it because he knew it hurt. I asked him to stop and skip doing the rest of my cuticles. To top it off, it looks like a child painted my toenails.

Paid 60, 35 for fill and 25 for design. Acrylic overlay was all sorts of messy and shape is wonky. The design isn’t even close to what I asked. The clear gel polish was messy and not even on my nail but around the cuticle and side walls. Normally I don’t speak up but today with that price and the out come I did! I asked if I could get them fixed to a simple color and better shaping but all they could do was charge me again and take 10 dollars off! I’ve always come here to get them done but after today I can’t speak highly about this salon:/ I really loved this salon too:/

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not go here. As a person who does not like to speak up I went back bc I was not happy with the 88 job that i was charged For. She said she could remove them and still charge me an extra 10 dollars ?!? Nails are not even there’s a part in one of the nails that doe not have acrylic I told the nail artist to fill it and she just said the doesn’t matter. I would consider myself a regular here as I come and get my nails done every 3 weeks here But even if you do that they just see you as nothing I’m sure they have enough clients If I stop coming it won’t hurt they’re pockets but when I pay 88 for nails I expect them to be 88 worthyDo not go here. The nail tech I had was amazing. I picked the color of my nails and the rest I told him to surprise me. He gave me nails I never would’ve picked for myself and they are GORGEOUS!!!! I LOVE THEM!! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family that stay in Jacksonville.

I am here once every two weeks. I usually spend a lot on myself getting constant sets and pedicures. Typically I never get charged this much. I’ve been getting my nails done regularly for years and have never been charged for shape and length separately plus a $30 fee for the design. I went in on Saturday 10/29 for a Smokey looking full set with one color and a French pedicure. I was charged $137 for these services and charged for things that should be and are included with the full set charge at other nail salons. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I was ripped off.
