I’m not one to write reviews but what happened today was ridiculous. Lina from New York Nails is very unprofessional. For starters the business hours posted on the door says opens at 9am, she comes strolling in any time from 9:15am-9:30am with customers waiting outside. I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 7 years, always left very good tips for Lina. About a month ago Lina was doing someone else’s nails so I asked another nail tech to do my nails, she hesitated and stated “ you can wait for Lina she normally does your nails”. I explained I did not have time to wait and asked again can you please do my nails, she did my nails and everything was great. When I returned 2 weeks later Lina was available but did not want to do my nails she sent me to the other tech. Not thinking much of it I went to the other tech. Today waiting outside until 9:20 am, Lina arrives, I was first in line, Lina would not look at me but asked the other 2 ladies what would they be getting done, they pointed to me and stated she was here first. Lina looked at me and said you can go sit in that chair directing me to the other nail tech’s chair. I asked why can’t you do my nails? Lina responded because she does it better. Long story short Lina’s being petty because the other tech did my nails when she was busy. Lina & her husband are very rude, stuck up & disrespectful I’m starting to hear lots of horrible reviews about New York Nails.

It’s funny because I sent my younger brother in to get his feet done but I have to remind everyone he’s been there before!? he’s has gotten his feet done there plenty of times now magically they don’t do Mens feet anymore? And it’s crazy he didn’t get halfway in before one of the males said we don’t do men’s feet anymore? Like since when?

I love New York Nails. Cindy is always my go to girl but everyone is very friendly and takes care of you. Shop is very clean and organized. It is normally busy so I would recommend setting up and appointment…. def worth the wait.

I waited while my friend got her toes done, in cold water and then when she finally starts on me, 3 people(2 girls and 1 boy) come in and ask to get their brows done SHE GOT UP AND TOOK ALL 3 OF THEM STRAIGHT BACK AND DID THEIR BROWS MAKING ME WAIT ANOTHER 20 Minutes! This was the first and last time that I or anyone of my friends and family will ever come here again!! Do not recommend at all!
