The owner, Natalie is always warm, gracious and conversant with my mom, a consistent customer. Usually, I’ll stay with mom but sometimes I’ll run an errand or two. The shop is just small enough, just busy enough that we are in and out for one pedicure no more than 45 minutes, as walk-ins It’s a Friday and rush hour no less! Prices are reasonable and moderate. Whatever you call your fav shop is almost irrelevant as long as you are treated fairly, kindly and with respect. This shop has been here 5 years and it has been upgraded and reinvested in. The four stars is due to not putting the plastic bag in the tub of water for sanitary hygiene. I know most shops do not use a plastic filter, bag as extra protection and I assume the discontinuation was due to cost effectiveness. I did not ask her. A young man was happily massaging Mom’s calf and foot, she complimented on the nice fragrance of the scrub.

I got my nails done with my bridesmaids for my wedding. We had a wonderful time with plenty of space to chat. I have never gotten fake nails, and my stylist Vivian helped me get exactly the length and style of nail I wanted! Not only this, but Vivian’s work to remove my nails was equally fast and pain-free. I look forward to returning to New York Nails for any future manicure or pedicure needs!

I love this place! I was nervous about getting nails done during Covid-19 but a friend got me a gift certificate. Nataly keeps the place very clean and has a great set up of preventative procedures to prevent the spread of Covid. And, she is so sweet. I got a pedicure and a manicure. I will be going back to get services from her again. Shes friendly and does a great job!

Great value! Take advantage of making appointments for their 9:00 AM slots on Fridays/Saturdays and beating the crowds. Don’t forget to splurge for the Super Deluxe Pedicure. It’s a wonderful experience.

I’ve been here many times over the last few years and it’s always been a great experience. Everybody here is friendly, patient, and does a wonderful job. They’re very accommodating to all your needs and requests. I accidentally broke one of my natural nails a day after my manicure due to some heavy lifting and they were able to get me fitted with a matching acrylic in just 10 mins – you can’t even tell one of my nails is fake. Highly, highly, highly recommend them.
