Critical: QualityI wish I could give this business 0 stars. My experience with this nail place has been a complete horror story. First off, I typically drive the next town over to get my nails done but I decided that I would try this place because it’s closer to where I stay. BIG MISTAKE! I got a full set I didn’t mind the price it was typical. I went about 2 1/2 weeks later for a fill in and to get one nail replaced and paid the SAME PRICE as the full set I got beforehand! I still tipped and didn’t complain but I was super upset. I feel like they charge whatever comes to mind. That’s not the worst part. When I was waiting for my nails to grow out so I can go to my old nail place 4 of my REAL NAILS broke horizontally underneath my acrylic! And not because of anything I did I don’t do anything strenuous or super physical to ever break nails which is why I get acrylic in the first place. I just suddenly felt an excruciating pain underneath my acrylic each time one broke and was scared that my entire real nail was going to come off if removed. Nevertheless, I waited about 2 days each time after the pain subsided and did my best to get them off. It had to have been the fact that the manager/owner who did my fill in drilled down too far while prepping my nails. I told her what happened and showed her my torn off nails that I can’t get done anywhere for at least a month from anyone because they split IN HALF! She blamed me and said I must’ve hit them and she can’t do anything about the situation. Which is pretty much impossible because one of the broken nails is on my right hand! I wish I could upload these horrific looking fingernails of mine so anyone who thinks about going to this place would RUN the other way! This definitely won’t be the last time they hear from me about this as I am STILL unable to do simple things like wash dishes without gloves scared that my fragile nail will break at the line! I wish I could give this business 0 stars. My experience with this nail place has been a complete horror story. Positive: CleanlinessI went for a pedicure today and was impressed with the great job that Tom did. I got a basic pedicure, blue French tips with gel. He took his time and did a great job, and I’m finicky about how my toenails get cut ! I’ll go see Tom again! He was totally on point!Service: Pedicure

My granddaughter asked why her girl put a coat on her whole nail and he started with a white tip.I told her different people do it differently. Big mistake. 210 dollars later for french gel fingers and toes both, by Monday my tips peeled off! By Thursday all my polish lifted. I already know they don’t guarentee. I won’t be back. Went with granddaughter to get gel before a cruise on a Saturday. Had guy in knit stocking cap. My granddaughter asked why her girl put a coat on her whole nail and he started with a white tip.I told her different people do it differently.
