Ahh. Doing this review is really bittersweet. Because the nail tech can do some freaking nails, ok? The pedicure lady is ok and they both wax eyebrows pretty well. But there are only two ladies that work there and there is absolutely no walk-ins. I can respect that but on a day like today when one lady is present, they only offer a particular service. I wanted my nails done but the nail tech is out. My main complaint is lack of workers. But if business is going well with two workers, then my $40 won’t matter anyway. I will return simply because the nail tech is AMAZING! They both are friendly

Judy was awesome. It has been 2 weeks and my SNS has held up strong and still looks great. I am grateful and thank she knew what she was doing. I will definitely return because I had a horrible experience 1 week prior to going to NY Nails.

First visit to NY nails today. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back. I got the sns nails, no tips in what felt like 10 minutes or less, no sort of manicure, cuticles got drilled and filed multiple times, no concern from nail tech. Nails have lumps in them and it wasn’t going to make a difference to ask because I felt the door opening as she was dusting my hands for them to push us out the door. Gel nails are cheaper and a small mani was given. For the price and the services I was really dissatisfied.

As a permanent customer I liked to go there and do my nails. Never had any issue. My gel usually lasts 3 weeks. Lately I did not have a pleasant experience. After couple of days nail polish started to crack and the polish is coming off. And it did not last even a week. I am not a person to complain but decided to go to the salon and show the nails. The lady looked and said – Oh thats normal. And turned her back to continue her work. Nothing else I was told. I was staying there for several minutes and when I saw the ignorance just left. Very unpleasant situation. I am looking for another salon.
