Received an average pedicure while visiting family. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I couldn’t get a grasp on if the service was purposely fast due to the number of clients waiting for service. Gel polish charge was $15 which is higher than what I typically pay.

I am very frustrated with the service. I asked for simple, white, square nails. One of my nails is a different size than the other nails. And all nails are so lumpy. Another thing, after he puts the white polish and the top coat on, he files the nails… WHAT?! Now the side walls and the free edge of my nails are not even painted. I didn’t say anything because I’m never going back anyway. This service was NOT $45 worth.

Katie at this point either throw away the polish or train your techs. My polish has bubbled up and peeled off only 2 hours after having them done for the second time. Also the first time I got my lashes done there the man done an excellent job. That lady that done them this time. I got to Texas and my Individuals came off like a strip. Went back for the lady to redo my lashes over again and every time I close my eyes they are sticking together. Poor poor service!!!

I went to ua712 only three people was in there working for 15 minutes are you ask me what do I need done. Two nails with broken on my finger redo, but you going to come around the corner at 7:30 which I’ve been sitting there for 15 minutes to tell me we close at 8 that’s why a lot of people choose to go to Florence to get their nails done because y’all too bougie
