I’ve patronized this nail salon several times in hopes that it would get better with the technicians. However today was the worst! The unprofessionalism of talking about clients when we are only trying to tell you what we want. Then over charging for every single thing that you do but the quality of the work is not there!! If it wasn’t Easter weekend & I had upcoming plans, I would not have accepted. I even complained about being charged for a full set when I only got a fill in, the manager claimed that was the technicians rate because he used powder????? I won’t be returning at all!!

I usually have a great experience here but today is the second time now that I’ve gotten a French set and been given glow in the dark acrylic nails. I did not ask for that and I hate the way it looks, it’s almost embarrassing. Now I have to deal with my nails being bright green at night for the next two weeks.

Critical: Quality, ValueNeeded nails done for an event this weekend. Got a fill-in and gel mani-pedi on Friday $75. By Saturday my toe nail polish had lifted up like a layer of skin, by Sunday the edges of my finger nail polish was chipping off like regular nail polish, not gel. All of this in a matter of 48 hours.. Not to mention the male nail tech seem to be in a hurry. The tips of my nails were even polished.. I called today and was told to come back and they will fix for me, but this is most likely a total do over if the polish is old.. I’ve never experienced this with gel polish. I have given this nail place MULTIPLE chances and a lot of money and I will highly NOT recommend. The pros are fast (somewhat) and they do keep up wit the latest nail trends. However the quality of the nails are poor. Your nails will not last and after a week they will lift and break. This place charges WAY TOO MUCH to literally not have your nails last longer than a week. This has been a consistent theme to the point where I searched for for a private nail tech.

My son and I arrived about 9:30am they said it was 20 minute wait then another 10 minutes. They finally took us to the back to get pedicures where we waited more. We liked the pedicures. My sons manicure was not worth the price because the man didn’t pay attention to detail. My gel nails only lasted from Saturday thru Wednesday and there was no attention to detail. We got out at 11:30am. The 2 stars are because the lady up front was friendly.

I was going to this establishment when it was located on the other side of Target, I have been a long time customer. Unfortunately, now that Lucy has left, this salon has lowered its standards! The manager knows nothing about customer service, when I have complained about services, he tried to make me feel like it was my fault. There are a few good nail techs, but I emphasize on “few” like maybe (2)… there is a big turnover of staff, techs are talking on their phone earpieces or texting while performing services, they rush through the service, and the results are low quality! I stopped going for awhile but I love the reception staff, I went back yesterday, and while getting my toenails cut down, the tech clipped the side of my toe, blood everywhere, hurt so bad! I requested another tech, who then was upset in the end when I refused to pay for a deluxe service that was more like torture! She wanted to make sure she got paid so I left her a $20 tip since I then felt bad. I’m done with this salon!!!!

They make up price as they go, different from what’s posted. I asked for sns dip, he dis acrylic, i pointed out that was not what i asked for but decided to let it go. But they charged me $55. $40 for acrylic, $10 fir gel polish and $5 for shape. I have been going there for months and never git charged fir “shape”. Also, nothing on the price menu mentions what they charged me, nowhere does it say there is a charge for shape, it says $5 for gel polish too. By the way he did a terrible job shaping my nails.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and was told to sit down, but no one ever came. While waiting, I saw that the floors were covered in nails, chairs had “nail dust” on them from all the filing, and packages were on the floor. Overall, it was a very unclean environment which is sad because the custom wood decor is beautiful.

This was such an awful experience. I came in for a mani/pedi. Pedicure was fine, but the manicure was the worst experience ever. The guy took a nail tip to pop off my dip powder manicure. It took off the top layer of my nail AND none of my nails are even. When I pulled back in pain..he just continued and didn’t offer an alternative when I asked. He never asked the style of my nail and left all my nails jagged. The whole experience was rushed. Seriously the worst experience ever. Do not reccomend.
