I’ve been going to this nail shop for years now. I never had an issue with the techs until today. The nail tech I had was definitely new and I could tell she’s a beginner (which doesn’t matter). As she’s cutting my cuticles she constantly looks away and before you know it ends up making me bleed. I expressed to her that my finger is bleeding, she’s concerned and puts a green liquid. Cool. My issue is her proceeding to paint my nails with fresh blood on my cuticles. I’m not a nail tech but it’s common sense to wait for the blood to stop or even refuse to paint it due to the polish being used on others. Clearly, specs of my blood is in the bottle and they should be smart and throw it out. Be mindful of the nail shops you go to!

This is the worst dip manicure and pedicure that I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. My pedicure hurt but he didn’t notice. I left with my finger cut. Both my pedicure and my dip manicure have already started to chip within a few days!!! I’m so embarrassed to say that I thought they would be clean because of the reviews but they absolutely were not even close to clean at all. I mean, one look around and one can see that it’s not clean at all. When there’s bald spots on your nail file, don’t be cheap, just grab a fresh one! It actually feels like a joke that someone wrote that. They put up tons of plexiglass(which made it weird and awkward to talk to my friend) but it can’t be for health reasons because they don’t clean the plexiglass so it’s disgusting looking. I picked this place out for my best friend’s birthday and we were both highly disappointed. My nails were chipping within the 1st few days and that just does not happen with a dip. OR it shouldn’t happen! When the guy was working on my nails I could tell that it looked like he was using the very last bit of the nail polish he didn’t even paint the tips of my nails thus thus the chipping early on. I definitely feel like this is the worst $100 I’ve ever spent on my nails. So disappointed! Will never go back and do not recommend. There’s too many nail salons to waste your time and money here!

Least precise, worst service, and most expensive basic manicure and top coat clear only polish I’ve ever had. I’m unskilled but I could have done this better at home. $20 for 10 minutes of trash. I’ve never left such a poor review, but I won’t be returning.

i got a gel french and it’s lasted for 3 days so far with no issues! it also looks really cute, i’ve gotten a few compliments on them. i’m only taking off 1 star because some of the pink tips have different widths and the translucent polish is a little uneven in color on a few fingers
