Critical: QualityI went today after reading lots of good reviews about Tiffany I made my appointment with her. However, my experience wasn’t good. My eyelashes were very light, they go on different directions, look like an amateur put them on. Even when I asked her to add more she refused and just added a little more when I showed her that she missed eyelashes at the end of my eye. Price was very high for the low quality of the eyelashes. I went today after reading lots of good reviews about Tiffany I made my appointment with her. However, my experience wasn’t good. My eyelashes were very light, they go on different directions, look like an amateur put them on. Even when I asked her to add more she refused and just added a little more when I showed her that she missed eyelashes at the end of my eye. Price was very high for the low quality of the eyelashes. I don’t recommend this place and won’t go back there never again!

Critical: ProfessionalismAmy Vo did a decent job with the lashes but failed to explain the difference in pricing and lacked professionalism; she was having a full on conversation with another coworker the whole time.I was initially charged $75 and was given 20% off of the service since it was my first time (which ended up making the service $60). On my way home, I received a phone call from New Wink asking me to drive back to the studio to pay the rest of what I owed. I drove back and was informed that I had to pay an additional $59 because I was given a 3D set rather than a full set.Had Amy communicated properly, I would’ve been spared the inconvenience of driving back and wouldn’t have been left upset with an experience that was supposed to be both relaxing and exciting. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI LOVE LOVE My lash tech!! I’ve been with her for about 2 years now, she’s so amazing I always get compliments on my lashes! The business establishment itself is very very clean and professional. Definitely recommend. Very classy! If I could I would give more than 5 stars!! Service: Eyelash extensions

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI paid a high price for poor quality lashes. I asked for volume, and looks like a have classic with still lots of hair visible that could have had lashes applied. The quality of the hair is not good, and I am not happy at all with my lashes. I would have asked for a refund because they made me pay for the service before it was performed but they finished at 6:05 and the receptionist had already left. Better to find an individual artist VS a lash bar that charges high for poor quality products. Super disappointed. The lady who did my lashes was nice, but the product quality and the quantity of lashes received was horrible.I paid a high price for poor quality lashes. The quality of the hair is not good, and I am not happy at all with my lashes.
