Critical: Professionalism, Quality*****SHADY! SHADY! SHADY business!!!! *****Do not order from them! Cheap quality and not professional.I have ordered a few boxes of disposable pedicure kit. I opened one box to test it out. Such cheap quality. I called to do a return on the other boxes that I have not opened yet. They said I can not return them because they don’t have a return policy! I went back on their website and the return policy states you can return items unopened up to 14 days. Which I had the package only for 7 days. I called them back to tell them about their return policy. Clearly the manager Jina said that was an old website and that they are doing software update at the moment. Little did you know, I go back onto the website and they had deleted the return policy section after 10 minutes talking to them. How shady was that??? Luckily, I screen shot and printed out the return policy before they took it off their website. She keeps stating that they had been in business for 15 years and never had a return policy but why is it on your website that I ordered from?Please be aware!!!! This place is very shady!!! 15 years in business then you should’ve honored your return policy and then state on your website that everything is final sale and no returns!!! I have a screenshot of the price last week and today, the price is 10x as high.
