Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe owner is the only nail technician, and although her prices may be cheaper then other places you get what you pay for!!She seems to rush through doing nails because she is ALWAYS running late even with an appointment you will wait well over an hour at times just to be seated, and her nail work tends to be sloppy and tends to lift quickly. She is ALWAYS on her phone which takes away from her focus. She will not schedule appointments in person or over the phone and prefers texting which takes her days/weeks to respond to an available opening and that is very unprofessional. Cash only no credit/debit service’s So be warned and although she will greet you with a smile you’ll surely be talked about when you leave because I’ve witnessed it first hand many times. I couldn’t take it anymore and rather pay more for better service.
