I have been going there for years. I asked for a refreshment of my hair color and clearly an error was made by the hair dresser, which she refuses to acknowledge nor offered any manor to fix it except find a new stylist. We had, at length, discussed what color to put on it and instead of the pretty, warm red, I got dark brown eggplant. I have had the red for years with various highlights in it and thought I was getting one color. Either communication broke down between us, which is unlikely the case, or she mixed the wrong dye and let it overprocess (very likely as I know how much time I usually spend processing). She refuses to refund my money, attempt to fix it, or have anyone else in the salon fix it. They tout themselves as the “color fixers,” but clearly they are unwilling to clean up their own mess.

Not really for men. You cannot schedule a time and have them commit to actually being ready for you when you get there. I’v waited 15 minutes or longer sevraltimes. They seem to have nothing else to do but chat with the girls and pretend what they do is “art”. It isn’t. Pricey.
