Great spot for no frills spa experience. Hot tub was clean. Steam room was steamy. I have had a scrub and a couple massages here, all services were 7/10. I wish they had a monthly membership price just to use the spa.

This place is run down, unclean. I made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early. They require you pay before service. I was seated in the waiting area, wasnt offered anything to drink…that’s ok. Then I was ushered upstairs to this room, nothing therapeutic about it, could almost pass for someone’s bedroom, cold. I was rushed to undress. The massage was done mostly by foot, my 1st time. In all was ok, I’d rather have hands used. Then I was rushed out of the room. After the massage the masseuse demanded that I tip her. I told her I’ve paid already, she then suggests I add one. She follows me downstairs saying “tip me, tip me”…WEIRD. we make it downstairs and the clerk ask if I liked it, I said it was ok and tips are not required, hinting at brochure. Messuse still demanding a tip. I told her no I’m not leaving a tip I’ve paid for the service and you dont ask for tips, they are given. Then she says all Americans give tips, I then politely walked out and told her to have a good night.

Very disappointed. My husband and i went to get scrubs and massages. First off…the front desk clerk was rude. She told my husband when he called that we didn’t need an appointment but when we got there she said everything was booked and that people read made an appointment. But she somehow found us time. When we went to pay she said she MUST have 2 different credit cards that we couldn’t pay with 1 as people dispute the charges (that should have been my first clue). I can only speak about my experience from here. I went in the women’s side. I was there alone. Place seemed clean so that is good. My masseuse got me at 2:20 for my treatment. The scrub was good so that was nice. But no milk bath like I thought:(. The massage was subpar. I told her to go harder but she never did. I think my kid could have done a better job. Then at 3:50 we were done. However I paid for a 1 hour 50 minute massage. When I brought it up to the front desk you guessed it…rude. didn’t want to argue as she was so unhelpful originally. Best way to show my disappointment is to never go back.

I’ve patronized this massage parlor several times in the past and was always somewhat satisfied with the service up until my last visit. The massage I received was mediocre at best, but that wasn’t the problem. When I presented my all cash tip to the misuse, she was unbelievably rude. When I handed her the tip she exclaimed “ that’s it?!”, tossed it on the table next to her and proceeded to yell at me in her native tongue. Needless to say the experience was terrible and as a result I won’t be spending my hard earned money at Valley Day Spa ever again, and neither should you.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityNormally go there in the evenings. Haven’t been in a few months. The woman at the front desk is so cool and fun. Never had a bad experience at this place. Have had regular massages and a body scrubs here. First time body scrub at this place few years ago got me hooked. All the ladies are nice and communicate very well with me. I always drive across town to go to this location or visit when in the area. Showers are clean. It’s smells like chlorine a little around the shower and jacuzzi due to them keeping it extremely clean which is not a problem. I can always relax at this place. Love the way they massage and step on my back. They always ask me how much pressure to apply before massage. Upon leaving I am always offered water. I always get a thank you and see you next time. I always tip the masseuse because I know that is how they make their money. Never a bad experience here. Going to have to visit real soon. Critical: QualityThis place is a Messy filthy spa. First and foremost they DONT care if you have. Mask or the vaccine No temperature taken. The soap they use to scrub you is Irish spring , the scrub is abusing… I’ve had Many Korean scrubs before but these people treat your intimate body parts as if they are artificial, even after you say that please be more gentle, it’s as if you said go harder… any yes they do understand English. The jacuzzi is fuming with chlorine and barely tepid water temp. AND…. more expensive than Burke Williams, I mean come on now, this place is like the ghetto of spas!This place is a Messy filthy spa. I have been going here for years. One time, when they were changing owners, I had a less than five star experience. Every other time, I’ve been beyond satisfied. I went today, after several months of not being able to afford any pampering. I had the House Combo (scrub, wet massage, face mask, and hair wash – 70 minutes, $80 plus tip), done by Sandy. It was SUPERB. I asked for more scrub / less massage, and I got exactly what I wanted. Keep in mind that this scrub is serious exfoliation… none of that wimpy gentle stuff. It’s like having my husband scratch my back, but all over and with no whining LOL.

Cindy is AMAZING!! I got the best Scrub and massage from her.Very reasonable pricing!! I would rather go here for such great Scrub and massage than a fancy one with not so great treatment!
