I will never waste my money here again. I rarely get my nails done since I’m in the food industry, but I had a special occasion and this location had good reviews. I went for a gel manicure, and only got a polish. The mail technician was nice, but didn’t give me a manicure at all. Normally for a basic manicure they clean your nails, your cuticle bed gets cleaned, they lotion your hands and soak your nails. The only thing she did was shape my nails apply the gel polish. At the end she had me wash my hands, and before I got up to leave asked me if I wanted lotion. I was surprised and said yes thank you, only to be handed a sticky and slippery lotion bottle. For $40 not including tip, I would rather just stay home and do my nails myself. What a horrible experience. Wish I could get a refund, so I can go somewhere they actually provide the services they charge you for.

I travel about 30 mins to go here because they do a fantastic job! Mimi has done my nails twice and Her work is on point! Highly recommend. She takes her time and I appreciate that. Sometimes your aptmt may start a little late but it’s because they don’t cut corners so then you get the same treatment, so it’s worth the wait. Also I even went rock climbing with my acrylic+gels and they held until they grew out long so I had to get them redone 3-4 weeks later. Excellent work!

The owner is an absolute sweetheart. The young girl did my nails, was so kind, answered all of my questions, and was so so clean. Every instrument used was brand new that I watched be opened from a sealed package. On top of that, I got the exact shape and color I wanted, and for a good price! Thank you New USA Nails! I would not recommend this salon. You have to make an appt and then I had to wait 15 min past my appointment. They were rude to a woman who walked in and wanted a manicure without an appt AND they removed 3 layers of my nail when removing my gel polish. My nails broke days after and are so soft and bendy now because of they way the removed the prior gel polish. Not a fan!

I will absolutely never go there again they messed up nut nails and because she had to take them off they only filed them down and left all the hard gel on my nails and it was and still is horrible to even look at two wk later she didn’t even put the remover in to get the gel off and the money I spent n tip she should have gladly done it. Very unprofessional third time I will never return there !!!!

I get ANC (dip powder) and their selection is so good the main issue is always narrowing it down to one or two colors. With fair and reasonable prices I’d recommend any of their services.

walked in mid day saturday and it was super busy. my friend and i still got sat right away for pedicures and immediately got started. our nail techs were really nice and very thorough. for just a regular pedicure it was $30 and included a scrub, massage, and hot stone. and the polish is great!!! definitely recommend
