I was a very loyal customer until today! they used to do a good job but for a while now I notice my nails only are lasting less Than a week before they start breaking, They rush to get the next client and do a sloppy job. I keep going back because it is convenient. Today my pedicure literally was 10 mins and when I told the girl my nails look messy, she yelled OMG! I never complained about anything, and always tip. My pedicure looked horrible I had paint all over my cuticles, she began telling me it’s because it wasn’t gel and it was regular polish, and they couldn’t do anything then began talking her language. When I paid, they remind me not to forget to tip the girl who did my Pedi. I always tip! But for them to make it as if it’s mandatory, it’s a shame! The girl was rude and did a horrible job and the owner who I been going for year is allowing this to happen to their loyal customers it’s ridiculous.

Terrible experience. I hope this is my first and last negative review. I had been to this place few times. The staff can be so unprofessional. Staff that’s not trained should not be charging over $100 for nails and doing such a horrible job. Avoid this place. There are much better places around the area.

I’ve been going there for a couple years now. I still used this salon even though my lady Tina left (several years ago) Yesterday My husband scheduled an appointment to surprise me. Unfortunately when I arrived they said they were “overbooked” and there was two people ahead of me. I understand it’s busy and it’s a holiday but an appointment is an appointment. They were not willing to accommodate and vague how long they were going to take. I definitely won’t be back.
