I’ve been to New U Natural Beauty a few times and absolutely love everyone there! Dr. He is very knowledgeable & professional but she also makes me laugh and I always look forward to going back. This past visit I had lip injections and facial fillers. Dr. He’s objective is to create a natural look so you still look like yourself (but improved)! I’ve also had lashes done there in the past and constantly got compliments and was pleased that they lasted so long. This place is awesome.. Everyone is super nice and friendly, the place is so clean, smells super clean.. And ms. Irene, she does my facial, she always makes sure that I’m super comfortable before we start.. She knows how to do her job very well, every after session I feel so refreshed!! I’m just so glad I’m under her care.. Ms. Olivia, She does my acne treatment, it’s worth every penny!!! We’re not even half way done with my treatment but I already saw big changes!!! From the moment I walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Our lash expertise was Maria. Maria is the reason why I’m writing this review. When an employee goes beyond the normal,they need to be acknowledged. Maria made sure my wife knew everything about the process and how to care for her new lashes. She took her time and explained everything and made sure my wife got exactly what she wanted. I can’t thank her enough. It’s people like her that make these businesses thrive. My wife is so happy and excited about her new look. Maria did such a great job. We will be coming back for sure to see Maria. Thank you for putting a smile on my wife’s face and making her feel beautiful.

I just had my first session of laser hair removal and i felt nothing! They put this cool gel on you first and i thought she was rubbing the gel in with the laser before turning it on. Granted, i was on the lowest setting because this is my first time getting laser hair removal, but I still felt nothing. The appointment was quick. Everyone was friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Arrived slightly before apt time, front desk staff immediately welcoming, made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed or unsure of anything. Offered to go over additional offers and services.They honor their Groupon pricing. You do your paperwork to sign in electronically, I just happened to notice them sanitize it after me so I felt they were still being “health conscious” in our post covid world which I liked. Olivia and Carol were the two nurses who performed the Botox treatment on me. I appreciated that Olivia set very honest and real expectations of results, she was educated, and wanted to educate me on how make sure I would remain the happiest with my appearance, but did not attempt to oversell me, or push me to do anything. Carol was extraordinary friendly and also made sure I saw the unopened untampered with product that was being used on my face. This is something so important to pay attention to at places that do cosmetic enhancements. Made sure I knew to follow up if I wasn’t seeing the promised results in two weeks. Totally professional, but also warm. Would recommend to anyone who’s had sketchy experiences elsewhere or who is considering a procedure for the first time. These nurses are proud of their work.
