Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityLike others have said, this is a great place. Staff is friendly and facility is clean. Their hours are absolutely horrible though. Not open on Sunday or Monday, and they’re only open for barely 8 hours the rest of the week. Im sure there is a staffing shortage, but they have to figure something out. Anyone who works shift work will have difficulties getting here within business hours.Edit: When I spoke to the manager/owner on the phone today, she immediately knew it was me who wrote the review. She told me she read the review and explained the financial situation with having someone staffed during longer hours in on Monday and Sunday. While I still believe and hope they get more staffing to extend their hours, I changed my rating into a five star because I don’t believe in the current climate a business should be poorly reviewed upon because of their financial difficulties. I’m glad to see this business has good customer service and is willing to explain and address the issues they’re forgoing to it’s customers.Like others have said, this is a great place.
