Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’ve been to this place about 10 times. Today I forgot my wallet. I didn’t realize until I went up to the counter and when I went to tell the lady that I talked to every time I come here she said that I have to leave my phone which I will not. She and the “manager”I made me feel so uncomfortable in front of my daughter to tell me I need to leave my property while I go for my wallet. Then they both told me I need to give them an ID when I explained several times accidentally left my whole wallet at home. What type of business would do and behave this way towards a customer?! I try not to make a big deal out of it but as I realize it it’s absolutely disgusting that you treat a customer with such embarrassing ways because you do not trust customers and I ended up having my daughter stay there while I went to go pick up the wallet because they were making such a big deal and making us feel so uncomfortable when I’m getting simple overlay. I went home and paid for the service but will never come here again and I am filing a complaint with the State. This is absolutely unacceptable and if you consider coming here, don’t. They don’t take the customer into consideration and the good customers into any consideration because they have lost the customer and hopefully you will read this and understand that this is not the place where you should come and waste your time or your money to get your nails done that should be a peaceful and quiet time.Service: Dip powderI’ve been to this place about 10 times. I didn’t realize until I went up to the counter and when I went to tell the lady that I talked to every time I come here she said that I have to leave my phone which I will not. I went in for a pedicure, i already paid $50 for less than average service. They didn’t completely take all of the dead skin off of my feet. The day after I left they charged my card for their own tip. The day after I got them done my gel polish (that I paid extra for ) chipped. Having the toes on for a week my overlay on my big toe popped off, and multiple toe nails are cracking. I will never return. And I never received a refund from the money they stole from me!

I had been seeing Amy on and off since I’ve moved to Texas the last 2 times she cut up around cuticles just about on each finger which is not only painful and but take a bit to heal. Not very apologetic or nice but she use to do a decent job. This last time I went in for birthday trip and it was the worse acrylic dio job I’ve ever had ! 2 of nails broke 1-2 days after abs she “ fixed them they were lumpy and terribly filed . I went today and the lady working on my pedicure literally talked and made fun of me the whole time in another language. I understood some of the things she was saying I don’t think she realized that I could. I felt very uncomfortable. When they were done I just wanted to leave. Not going back there anymore. I rather pay more somewhere else. Terrible experience. I went today and the lady working on my pedicure literally talked and made fun of me the whole time in another language. I did not have basic pedicure treatment with water crystals. I asked the manager three times for the cost for type/kind of color and was told three times there was not an additional charge/cost. The tips are crooked on both pedicures, the paint is lumpy an uneven. I called to speak with a manger to go over my issues with service, I was unable to voice my dissatisfaction with services provided. Went here and got a full set , and both times the added nail came off .. within 24 hours … no biggie .. went back for them to repair and they charged me $10 and the color did match, a day later nail comes off AGAIN .. why would you charge me for mic match nail ?? I will not come here ever again . Dip powder, Gel manicures, Pedicure
