The customer service was terrible! Technicians are incredibly rude and disrespectful toward customers. My friend and I had booked an appointment for two sets of acrylic nails. Asked the prices on the phone and were given the price of $35. Once there, and with nails glued on, the technicians became enlightened with the fact that depending on the length and shape of the nail, the price would increase. Technician told me to “go to another spa” because I complained this hadn’t been told to us over the phone. VERY RUDE.

I have been going to this salon for several months but there is a new ownership and I do not recommend. Although very cheap pricing, the nail polish is not fresh and chips within three days. Sorry Coco, I rarely write a negative review but this has happened too many times. I will not be returning.
