Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this place for Manicure and pedicure. I had like this place. I also introduced a few of my friends, as well. Last week I went and, and lady didn’t clean my nails, when I ask her to cut my cuticle she said there is nothing to cut.then she got very upset, and started slamming things down, showing nasty attitude. I got very uncomfortable, and ask for someone else but they were short staff. So I had to tolerate her.When she start my manicure she took the machine and sanding my nails making it very thin.I had to stop her. She polish my nail very sloppy.The next day I called letting the owner what had happened, but she didn’t care didn’t apologize for her employee nasty behavior. I didn’t went there for a free Mani and pedi.I pay my money! My friends and I are not going back to Tips N toes Nails to pay for POOR Quality and Nasty Attitude. I went to this place for Manicure and pedicure. I had like this place. I also introduced a few of my friends, as well. Last week I went and, and lady didn’t clean my nails, when I ask her to cut my cuticle she said there is nothing to cut.then she got very upset, and started slamming things down, showing nasty attitude. Critical: ProfessionalismWent here yesterday as a walk in to get my 5 year old daughter’s nails done. They were busy so we waited about 30 mins before a lady came up to us and asked what we wanted done, when I told her it was for my daughter she said ok and walked away. We followed her thinking she was going to do my daughters nails but then she said no when we got to the chair. Then a different lady told us that she would do the nails in between doing another customers nails. So she started to do my daughters nails but then stopped to do another customer. I wouldn’t have minded but the other customer was coughing all over the place. In spite of covid the lady who was doing the nails was going back and forth with customers while one of them was clearly coughing the entire time. We just left, never coming back here. Went here yesterday as a walk in to get my 5 year old daughter’s nails done. They were busy so we waited about 30 mins before a lady came up to us and asked what we wanted done, when I told her it was for my daughter she said ok and walked away.
