I had a horrible experience there on 1/27/2023. I went in for a UV permanent french manicure. I needed a fill in with the Brisa paint on system and the technician had no idea how to do it. She kept telling me I was wrong and when I asked why she was using the wrong white she got very mad at me and called over a colleague who reinforced what I said and gave her the correct product. Despite struggling to do my manicure, no one came to assist her and her colleagues just kept talking about me around her. I asked if anyone else could finish and no one came to my assistance. We scrapped the French part. I was able to finish with a plain manicure. They did not charge me which I agreed with but when I tried to at least thank my technician and tip her for her efforts, she shoved me out of the door in an aggressive manner. It was the strangest and most awkward feeling being pushed out of the store. I won’t ever come back again but still felt the owner could have come to help and correct the situation .
