I was not a regular customer of New Sweet Nails & Spa, but I had gone a few times and loved how they did my nails – specifically their ability to create whatever design you wanted. I wound up getting my nails done there for my wedding day and absolutely loved them! They were very professional and worked diligently to ensure I loved my nails (which I did). I highly recommend this nail salon.

Critical: QualityI usually spend $35 more for a private experience but decided to give this place a try. The lack of attention to detail and rushed through motions of the pedicure I recieved is what I can only describe as the bare minimum. If you have some time and money to waste check them out. But based on the quality of the overall service I recieved I wouldn’t call it 5 stars. They can make some improvements on their technique as well when it comes to smooth polish application. Critical: ProfessionalismNail tech is not professional. She was very chatty and nosey. I wore headphones and was listening to music to avoid conversation but she kept asking me questions like, do I work? It was a weekday and she was asking why I was there. I said it was my birthday and yes, I was off. Then she asked who I was spending my birthday with. She even asked who I live with and was super unprofessional. I was trying to keep it brief but she kept asking more questions and I left feeling really uncomfortable. My nails came out good, but the service unfortunately was not good. It wasn’t friendly chit chat, it got personal and left me in a bad mood that day.Nail tech is not professional. She was very chatty and nosey. I came here just for a regular mani/pedi. The entire time I’m freaking out because the technician is being so rough that I feel like I’m going to get nipped. By the end of the day, my nail polish is chipping. The nails aren’t even straight. It was quick and cheap. But I won’t be coming back. By the time I stood up to leave, I struggled to free my toes from the foam and no one stepped in to help. I’m 9 months pregnant…I said goodbye and thank you, no one even looked up in acknowledgment.

I did not have a pleasant experience. Do not start doing someone nails if you cannot complete their service before moving on to your next client. I came back from washing my hands and Steven had switched seats on me and begin doing another woman’s nails. He made my gel polish bulky and I was not satisfied with my service after paying $50 for it. I saw some customers who appeared to be regulars who were given outstanding treatment. If you’re not a regular, don’t waste your time.
