Today was our first time going to this Salon…I brought my daughter today for us to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was $25 dollars and the girl did a fast job. As soon as she put the cream on she rubbed it off. No messages what so ever. We also asked her to please show us how to use the chair she didn’t bother helping us. We were going to get a manicure but instead we paid and left and went to TLC on Valley Road next to Walgreens. We then received a beautiful manicure and was extremely happy. We will not be going back to Sun’s Nail &Spa for any of our needs.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have given this place a hundred chances. I have been an on and off again customer for about 7 years. Every time I step out of this salon, I am unhappy. My nails looked better before I spent money to get them done. and these pictures are after I fixed them up a bit. One of the owners did my nails. Will not be returning. I have given this place a hundred chances. I have been an on and off again customer for about 7 years. Every time I step out of this salon, I am unhappy. My nails looked better before I spent money to get them done. and these pictures are after I fixed them up a bit. One of the owners did my nails. Will not be returning. i got a gel manicure since they don’t offer regular acrylic manicures. the woman who did my nails rushed thru it, applying the gel so thick and very uneven. it hurt to cure (more than usual), my cuticles were flooded so they all started lifting just days later. i needed to get basically every single one repaired in less than 10 days. also way overpriced at $90. would not go back

The spa pedicures are so relaxing. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees. I’ve seen them handle extremely rude customers with professionalism. I visited this nail salon for the first time with my daughter. At first we were impressed with the aesthetics of the place. It was very clean and everything looked well kept. We moved to this area about a year ago and we were considering making this place our nail salon. When we were finished getting our nails done, I questioned the fees we were being charged. The owner was feisty and loud as if I didn’t have a right to ask what we were being charged and nonetheless we were overcharged $5.00. It was very awkward.

I drive over 20 minutes to get my nails done here because I love the experience every time. Ricky is absolutely fantastic. He gives the best pedicures and massages you will find. The Green Tea Pedicure is only $45 and lasts over an hour and is a wonderful, relaxing experience. I love going to get my nails done and they have customer for life here.

My daughter and I tried this nail salon for the first time. We like the ambience, esthetics and cleaninless. We were considering making this place our permanent nail salon. However when I questioned Lilly the charges I was being billed for she was feisty and challenging as if I did not have a right to ask why I was paying $120. Any way even though she explained we were still overcharged $5.00. Two regular French pedicures, one gel French manicure and a regular gel manicure all should have been $115.00.

I love New Sun’s Nails and I refuse to go anywhere else for nails. I have lived in different states and every other nail place I have gone to does a much worse job and I am always left unhappy. I originally came here the first time for Prom and have been coming ever since (I used to never get my nails done but after seeing how New Sun’s did such a good job, I get them done often). The variety of colors for both gel and non-gel polishes is vast and the workers seem friendly. Lilly is my go-to girl and I always ask for her because she always takes her time, is very careful, and knows what she’s doing. She is very skilled with any nail style you want.
