Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst!!! I sat with the female owner of the place. I needed to soak off my gel nails and get a new set. As anyone knows this is a process that takes time. you have to soak, file, soak, file, etc. She wanted so badly to rush me that she used a metal tool that she wedged in between my real and fake nail and proceeded to peel it off, causing horrible pain and layers to come off my real and already thin nail. I literally jumped at the pain to which she seemed annoyed and tried to do it again. I said ‘NO, please soak off and file’. She then immediately began talking to her coworker/husband in another language. It was so obvious they were talking about me, which made me even more uncomfortable. I ended up leaving after she soaked them off and went somewhere else to finish and get a new set. Dont go here-all they care about is getting paid and turning seats, not about safety or quality. The worst!!! I sat with the female owner of the place. I needed to soak off my gel nails and get a new set. This is my experience. I called the same day and set up an appointment with them in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and immediately sat down to be served for my manicure. They offered and explained their selection of services. They have a variety of prices to meet your needs. I find them to be reasonable. The person (a man) that did my hands was very gentle and did a very nice job on my nails. Right after I was done, they prepared me for the pedicure which I enjoyed very much. I loved the fact that they used a plastic protecting the little sauna where they clean your feet and their seats give massages! All the tools were sanitized and everything was cleaned. The young lady that did the pedicure was very gentle and did a great job on my legs and feet. It was worth the price of the pedicure package. All the staff was very courteous and nice. When I saw the reviews, I was hesitant to come. But being that my daughter had recommended the place I came to see for myself. This is my experience. I called the same day and set up an appointment with them in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and immediately sat down to be served for my manicure.
