I am very particular when it comes to my nails. I tried a new place today and overall the people were awesome, the place was clean…very nice. But my nails from a distance, they look great…up close they are not. I told my nail tech they they were off instead of removing/ fixing the issue she came up with some excuse the jewels are off centered, my thumb on my left hand has some shine and my ring fing is all jacked up….I was ready to go at this point…I wanted to also get my toes done but was too afraid of the outcome.

Very very happy with my hot stone pedi and gel mani.. usual place was booked and slid in here. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Much smaller than most salons but actually preferred that. Will be back!

I really wanted to like this place because is so convenient for me. I walked in to have a gel manicure, because I was traveling overseas and wanted my nails to look nice and my polish to last. The lady doing my nails was clearly inexperienced, but I believe in giving people chances and let her do my service, hoping for a good result. After only 3 days my gel nail polish are all chipping. My cuticles look horrible. I can’t go back to fix it because I am not in town anymore (that was the whole purpose of the gel, that it would last at least a week…). Should have walked away like I thought to do right in the beginning of the service. Will not be going back.

Alexa fixed my nails! I went to another shop a few weeks ago and they made my acrylics thick and chunky but as my appointment went on I was asking alexa about designs and she said she loves doing designs but not a lot of people are open to the idea of getting them. I have rainbow nails now and I’m going back next week for a new design and everytime I go back I’m making sure its always with her
