I used this salon to have my eyebrows waxed. They did a good job, lady was nice both times. Decided to get my nails done today and asked for natural French tips. Showed them a picture and everything. They removed my dip and my nails were dirty in certain spots, but the tech kept going. I assumed I would just wash my hands with a nail scrubber at some point, no big deal. She then proceeded to ignore my request for tips and kept saying it was better to have this powder extension thing. I kept asking for tips but I guess there was a communication issue. The tech was really rough handling my nails, from shoving my hands/fingers to going over my cuticles with a file until they bled. Whatever gel/acrylic she used attached to my fingers and burned so bad. She used a clear base, which meant you could see the dirt on my nails and my natural tip which was much wider than the French. It looked terrible. I asked for oval shape and the tech was super rude and did not understand how to properly shape the nail. At one point she told me to just pay her and leave because I wasn’t happy with any of it. A man that works there had to come over and tell her to do a darker primer to cover my natural tip so she could do a thinner French and cover the dirt that I now can’t remove from under my nail. 70$ later and my nails are misshapen, lumpy and they hurt. I have chemical burns on a few of my fingers and there’s an infection starting to form on my pinky where my cuticles were bleeding. The French tips do not connect all the way across the nail. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I just wanted natural French tips. I’m not even sure what they used.

To start when my tech filed my callus she barely used any pressure. So I asked her to do it again. She started something else entirely with out telling me. She started doing a full callus removal with out telling me it would cost extra. So they’re charged me an extra $15.

My nails are so incredibly bad! Technician cut me multiple times. Nails are crooked and lumpy. Acrylic was done over my cuticles so after 3 days they were lifting. Had to go to a different salon to have them corrected. Also, while there they were laughing and poking fun of another customer. Terrible atmosphere, terrible work!

I go for pedicures, and they are the BEST OF THE BEST!!! They last a long time and always cut and clean, massage, hot towel, moisturize, take off old paint to my toe nails and legs and I’m very picky, too. This is the only place I’ll go.

Halfway through my nails she tried pressuring me into coming later throughout the day (my nails were HALF DONE). Not worth it whatsoever. So expensive for no reason.
