Definitely ask for Steve when you come here (New Roots), he is by far the most consistent high quality barber I’ve had in the South East. Hands downs! I have never a had a bad cut from Steve! Never ever! It’s nearly impossible to find a good a great barber now a days. Steve has a very convenient and user friendly appointment system through an app. I plan on being a life long customer. Give it a try.

I was looking for a new barber that was closer to home. I ran across New Roots about a year ago and I will not get my haircut anywhere else. Shay was the first person to cut my hair and she’s amazing! She takes her time and and gets it right! I’m a happy customer every time I leave her chair. New Roots is always neat and clean and they are always playing your favorite jams. I always make an appointment for my haircut obline and it makes things go so much smoother.

I brought my 15 yr old son here for the 1st time a few days before Thanksgiving. Steve cut his hair & did a great job. Very talented, friendly, and professional barbers! I brought two people with me we were all walk ins all got cut by different barbers and all left looking sharp. The shop is very nice looking & comfortable but more importantly everyone else I seen there left looking right also. I’ve been twice and had great experiences both times. 5 stars from me and they’ve also gained a new regular!

Top notch service, welcoming waiting area, friendly staff always greeting me upon arrival regardless of how busy they are and no long wait time. New Roots accepts walk-ins but it is preferably that you book through the Squire app. The app allows you to select your preferred barber, time and payments. I have been to all three locations and they all are a welcomed escape from the noise of the outside world where anyone, can get a hair cut, edge up, shave, hot towel treatment and so on. I don’t trust anyone else to cut mine or my son’s hair. Look no further for all your hair care needs than New Roots! Big up to Frank and Thermos!

Barber Steve is most certainly a magician with the clippers. His style of cutting, customer service, and genuine conversations while servicing you are what you want in a barber. The booking process is easy and convenient as well; the prices are very affordable so I would suggest anyone to book him for a cut. I travel a good distance to this location just for my weekly haircuts, very much worth it.
