I went on a weekend trip and looked ahead of time to make sure walk ins are welcome so I didn’t have to make an appointment. The building itself and the website say walk ins are welcome. When we arrived there were two stylist there and were working on one person together, they said we needed an appointment and they were booked out until March 1st. Very disappointed in the false information and the rudeness about the situation from the stylist. Do not recommend going here.

Critical: QualityI went to get my hair thinned out and the lady chopped off my hair is uneven. Looks like she put a dang bowl on my head and cut my hair off!! I will Never use this place again! The Lady didn’t even do my nails right she cut my cuticles up and they bled&I have sores! Not worth the money or time they don’t listen to the client.

From downstate, my friend and I made a appointment to get our nails done-don’t think the lady who does nails is certified, didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Took 4 hours!! 2 hours per person..just for acrylic nails and they already fell off. Not worth the Time nor the money.
