Let me start by saying that my stylist Michelle was wonderful. She did a fantastic job cutting my 1 and 1/2 year old grandsons hair. She was so patient and kind. Everything else about our experience that day was horrible. It was my grandsons first hair cut and as I said Michelle was doing a great job but about 3/4 of the way through his hair cut Tangie ( from her station ) she did not even come over to where Michelle was cutting my grandsons hair loudly says that Brittney will be taking over the hair cut. At that point my daughter and me felt very surprised and embarrassed like we did something wrong so we asked Michelle why this was happening and she said I dont know. We both said it’s fine we don’t want anyone to take over that Michelle was doing a great job and Michelle wanted to continue. It was almost like they were bullying her in a way. We were very confused. After this happened we noticed that Michelle was upset and her hands were shaking. This was our first and last time in your business because of the treatment we received from the owners. Michelle did not deserve to be treated like the owners treated her. Thank you again Michelle for great service.

I’m not quite sure what happened but I had called to see if they still offered tanning services she said that they may consider starting back up that they were taking a list of names and numbers from people that were interested when I gave her my name and number I said OK great let me know give me a call if they start back up and she said no we won’t be doing that and she hung up on me . At first I thought it was a disconnect when I called the second time they hung up never even say hello so that was just completely weird and seems very unprofessional but I guess I won’t be going to that salon for anything . I’m not sure what I could have possibly done since I’ve lived in Utah most of my life and just got here about three days ago.So with that being said I believe I give them zero stars

I absolutely love this salon. Personally, I go to Jill for my color and my haircuts. She is amazing! Their prices are perfect. They don’t overbook the stylists. What more could I ask for? Fabulous staff!
