Linda was wonderful! She did so good with our little guy! His first haircut we got at a different place and it scared him to death. He did great and wasn’t scared with her at all. She was so patient with him. We will be using her from now on. I highly recommend them. If you have a little one that needs a hair cut ask for Linda she knows her stuff.

By the time we left his hair was so bad as in the haircut was blatant lines and was not blended at all. Now I’m having to have another woman come and fix what she had messed up. We used one woman there I believe her name was rashell but I could be wrong! She has long grey hair and is older. I took our four year old son to her to get a simple hair cut. By the time we left his hair was so bad as in the haircut was blatant lines and was not blended at all. Now I’m having to have another woman come and fix what she had messed up. I will not be going back.

I went to Shannon Waylock for a simple root touch up and left with an orange, white, and brown mess! The color didn’t even go all the way to the roots. After messing up the first try, she said she could easily fix it and instead she made it worse. I did not see the extent of the damage until I returned home and pulled my hair up. I contacted her immediately. After refusing to let her try to fix it a third time, I went elsewhere and thank goodness my hair is normal again! In the end, she gave me a partial refund, but claimed that she did good work on my hair and shouldn’t have given me anything back. I’m sure the owner will post a response making excuses about what has happened, but know that this post is entirely true. I have been getting my hair colored for over 20 years and have never in my life even considered asking for a refund. There have been times when it didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted, but this is not a matter of being too light or too dark…this is poor technique and a mistake on the part of the stylist. I don’t want this review to negatively affect any of the other stylists at the salon. In fact, my boys have had their hair cut by Tony and he did a great job! I just wanted to warn people that if you choose this salon, you would be wise to choose a different stylist than the one I used. It will likely cost you a lot of time and money to fix it when she’s done.

I needed my hair Extentions put in for a masquerade ball and EVERYONE was booked (granted it was 4 days prior to the event).❤️Shannon Waylock❤️ went ABOVE & BEYOND, she contacted ALL of the cosmetologists that she trusted within a 60 mile radius!! TWO DAYS she spent doing this!!She booked me an appointment, HANDLED EVERYTHING for me and all I had to do was show up!! SHE IS A GOD SEND!!! I got my hair put in cut and died before the masquerade ball and LET ME TELL YOU I LOOKED GOOD!!!THIS IS HER PASSION!!! SHE DOESN’T DO IT FOR THE MONEY, SHE DOES IT FOR THE PEOPLE!!!!
