I have gotten procedures from Meg and my favorite thing about her is how she consults me. She is honest about the results I may or may not see and I am not oversold. I have had fantastic results from what we have done because we developed a plan that would work for me. I trust her implicitly because I see that she isn’t going to sway me a certain way. She is respectful and always tries to let me know when a special comes up. I am treated respectfully and I appreciate her way of treating my concerns. Happy client here!

I can’t say enough about Meg. She is the Ultherapy queen. I got this treatment about three years ago on my jawline, and fell in love with my results. I went back today and got my full face and neck done and I already know I will look great once the treatment does its magic. It’ll take a couple of months to see my results, and I’m super excited. Meg is gentle and guides you through the process. Make sure you get the laughing gas, it helps a great deal with discomfort. I highly recommend seeing Meg if you’re considering this treatment. She’s the very best at her craft.

West Palm location. The girls that work here are great, managers not so much. Just doesn’t seem to be a customer driven business and she isn’t very friendly. I was told on 4 different occasions they would call me back reference questions about procedures or confirming an appointment and they never call back. Moreover, the manager doesn’t seem to have a great knowledge base of the procedures; what procedures can be done together, healing time, etc. and she won’t go out of the way to help you. Also, when you spend so much money and the rewards offerings are for the birds….it makes being a loyal customer not so significant anymore. Beautiful place but they can definitely strive to be better. There’s too much competition out there not be customer focused, smile and be more knowledgeable about the procedures for the company you work at.

I went for a consultation at the PBG location on 9/9/2022 at 4:30 pm and was seen by Jessica who identified herself as a PA. First of all, the environment was so beautiful and super clean. I asked Jessica, if it was possible to have my Restylane facial filler done while I was already there. I have been really struggling with feeling confident as I am getting older. Now, I’m certain it was the ending of her day and she didn’t have to do the procedure for me on a Friday evening, but she was so kind and gracious and agreed to do my facial filler. I cannot express my gratitude for her professionalism, her skills and just overall kindness. I am certain that I will have to find it in my budget to have her perform it for me again if I need it. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and I am SUPER pleased with the results. We have turned back the hands of time. Thank you so much for making me younger and feeling quite confident!!!

Jessica packwood is an amazing injector! She makes the process enjoyable with little to no pain. She does very natural filler and I’m very pleased with the results. I also cannot recommend the estheticians here enough! I have seen Samantha, Morgan and Lindsey; They’re all incredibly sweet, caring and amazing at what they do! I have seen amazing progress in my skin. Not to mention the front desk staff is always kind and accommodating. If you’re thinking about coming here it’s a MUST for all of your cosmetic needs.
