It’s been almost 2 years since I last visited. I’ve never had a complaint about my nails until now. I purchased a spa pedicure and gel manicure. The young lady that took care of me was very friendly but a novice. She skipped some steps during my pedicure and my gel manicure didn’t even last a week. Disappointing considering I paid close to $70 including tip. However, the calf massage was wonderful.

This is my second time in this place at first it was a good experience however, the second time I did not like my nails. The biggest turn off is when the nail technician is rushing and I do understand that they’re busy but only having 4 employees won’t cut it. As a business owner or manager you have to be realistic and satisfy the customers. I will not come here again I will be sticking to my local Far Rockaway nail salons.

THEY CUT MY FINGER! Money hungry!!!! The man in charge was annoyed that I wanted my nails a certain length and told me no after gluing them on. I ended up with acrylic all over my cuticles and fingers and they will ALWAYS force gel polish on you!!! The work is terrible!

I came here years ago and left because I got a fungus. Came back because close to my house and only getting basic manicure. Once again another fungus on my 2 big toes. Plus the owner said it’s not from him. Then I call make last appointment since paid prior and my nail lady gone and he had me with someone else but she was doing someone else and told me to wait, rude. I had the appointment. Bye going somewhere else. No more fungus or rudeness. BTW place is gross.

If you complain or disagree owner gets attitude. One of my nails was visibly uneven. I asked him to fix it and he tried to but was still looking bad so I told him again and he got an attitude. Not to mention he’ll put anyone to work, had some young man trying to do a pedicure on me who didn’t know what he was doing. I complained and had someone else finish. I’ve been going to this place years before he was there and have disliked service since he’s been there. Done with this place!!
