Unprofessional – unknowledgeable – inconsiderate. They always open the salon late so, making an appointment means absolutely nothing because you will always have to either sit in your car or on their low, tiny chairs and wait for at least one hour. Also, they always double-book. Instead of telling you that the time you want is unavailable, Fleur will schedule you for that time anyway when she knows that there are no nail technicians available at that time. Again, you are now sitting for at least one hour waiting. Not only is that unethical but, she absolutely has no respect for your time. The last straw was when I, a Black woman who had been a client for almost one year, scheduled an appointment for myself and my Latina friend who they never met before. We had appointments for the same time with two different technicians. Only one particular technician always did my pedicures and I requested her. My friend was scheduled with another technician. However, due to either lateness or double-booking, my friend’s technician had just started on someone else so, Fleur, a Latina, gave my technician to my friend and told me to have a seat. Her action was instinctual and careless. It infuriated me so much that I left the salon without service. I was not about to sit and wait for one hour, pay full price, then tip. It is foolish and absolutely stupid for her to run her business this way especially when nail salons are everywhere in New Jersey but, she would not be able to do it if clients did not allow it.

Under New management but same staff. The place now looks dated. Workers complained the entire time I was there about the new owner, how she goes to dollar store for supplies and won’t get new gel colors because they’re too expensive. In my opinion, I feel the staff is unprofessional and petty. If they have a problem they should speak with their boss in private. I can also agree with another person who left a review, staff likes to bash clients… not ok! I wish them luck, this salon is in a great location.

The lady who did my mani pedi took her time, and gave me one of the best ones Ive ever gotten. She asked me what shape I wanted before we started and checked in with me after she filed to make sure they were done to my liking. She is dominican, and has lightly tattooed brows.

The ladies here like to talk very bad about the competition and about the clients when they leave, especially when they think other people don’t understand. The lady doing feet even told me one time that she barely scrubbed another client’s feet because she hates doing feet so she does that hoping the client doesn’t return. I had been going there fairly consistently, but the quality isn’t that great and they make it pretty obvious they don’t care about the clients.
