Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe most unfriendly salon I have ever been too. They don’t seem to listen to any requests you have. If you ask for certain nail shape they get annoyed. Twice they cut my cuticles and hurt my skin. The last time I was the the man that worked there was cutting so deep into my cuticle I had to pull my hand back, he got up mumbled and walked away left me sitting there with my manicure half finished. No apology nothing. I won’t be back there that’s for sure.Services: Manicure, PedicureThe most unfriendly salon I have ever been too. They don’t seem to listen to any requests you have. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityProbably the most disgusting and unprofessional business I’ve ever been to. They sit you down in a chair start working on you and then jump to help the other 5 people awaiting service. It literally was musical chairs. They don’t listen to what you want done and will continue to do the opposite. If you want to go to a salon where everything is unsanitary, no tools sterilized, technicians starting on you and then jumping around then this is the place to go. They also will tell you one price and charge another. Super surprised they aren’t shut down because of how filthy this establishment is. The BEST nail place I’ve ever been. I’ve said it before but they take their time, make you feel pampered and taken care of. I’ll post my most recent nails but they can do ANYTHING!

You get what you pay for I guess. Rushed through the gel manicure (UV light was also way too hot, I almost burned my hand) and left with not enough coats so the polish is a bit see through, there are bubbles, and the polish job is sloppy altogether. Asked her to redo/fix it three times before giving up. Pedicure was good and thorough, but the actual polish job was not good. Already the paint is chipped and smudged in less than one day. I will not return.

It’s a convenient location and the cost is the lowest but you get what you pay for. Just too dirty for words. I don’t see any sterilization units and everything from the floor to the trays are dirty. Spend a couple dollars more for peace of mind. I had a gift certificate which was so thoughtful but not worth the risk.

Terrible service! NOT worth the low price either! My cuticles were barely touched on my toes. I didnt get to the fingers as my daughter, who walked in with me and sat and waited with me, was left unattended while other women who walked in after us were taken. Mind you, we had only asked for the basic mani/pedi. The others had asked for spa services. They basically run a factory service. You get what you pay for

This place should be shut down. It’s the worst place ever. As I was getting my nails done a woman came in sat next to me in the chair to have a pedicure. They proceeded to take off her nail polish and underneath it was fungus. I’m talking a thick toe nail that had the darkest green fungus I’ve ever seen. They didn’t use any of those plastic things for the whirlpool that she put her foot in. They continued to work on her feet. Using the nail files and other items that they normally would use on other customers. Okay as I’m having my nails polish fungus dust is flying around as they are trying to file down her thick nails. Then they proceeded to polish her nails. I was getting so grossed out. I did not see them throw that nail polish away nor did I see them wash out the whirlpool with any type of chemical to clean it. They moved on to the next woman and had her put her feet in the tub that they only rinsed down. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough. I hope I don’t get a fungus. I hope the department of health comes in and closes this place down. Do they even have a license? Women should demand cleanliness on salons. The Department of Health has to crack down on some of these services and investigate them.
