Have been there a bunch and enjoyed it. This time was charged 10 dollars extra on a 25 pedicure for callus removal. Didn’t ask for it and wasn’t told til I paid. No massage any more either. Would not go back again. I don’t like being strong armed to pay more. If you think something needs to be done you should offer and say the price. I do believe even the other women of different shades whom I was having a conversation with could tell also. She rushed my service and then when she was done with my pedicure she simply just walked away. She did not say she was finished. She barked at my mother to put her mask back on. The lady who owns this place treated everyone of my skin toned lesser than the others. I do believe even the other women of different shades whom I was having a conversation with could tell also. She rushed my service and then when she was done with my pedicure she simply just walked away. She did not say she was finished. She barked at my mother to put her mask back on. And barked at an older woman while doing her nails also. I usually come here but I’ve never had her do my nails before. I will never return. I hope no one does.

I usually go to a place next to my work but now need to look for something next to my home and decided to test this spot out. I got a gel manicure. My nails looked good at the end. There were just a few things that make me think I want to check out other spots in the area. My nails were not soaked in a bath or warm towel before filing and cuticle clean up, which I find really odd. Everything was performed dry, and my cuticles don’t look as clean as I am used to seeing them after a manicure. Before putting on lotion, I didn’t have a chance to wash my hands from all the nail dust not were my hands clean with a towel, nor were my nails treated with an alcohol swab. This is pretty important because removing nail dust or oils keeps the application of gel or nail polish longer. I will see how this will work. In the end, my hands were wiped with a warm towel but only after the final application of the clear coat. That was odd and not necessary. Did she just confuse the order of steps?

I love getting my nails done there! Jenny and Jimmy are awesome. The place is always clean and neat and everyone is friendly. I love that she has the rule of people that make appointments have precedent over a walk-in. All of her pedicurists are wonderful. I will continue to go there. Been going there since she opened and I refuse to go anywhere else!!!

Always a pleasure. My daughter and I go for a regular manicure for her and gel for myself. She is 7 and they are great with her. Always prompt but they take their time. Very sweet and kind people work there. My color gel is always perfection.

This Saturday my daughter (Black)took her 6 year old to the salon . They were sitting in the chairs to get a pedicure when 2 Caucasian women walked in and said we have an appointment. The owner/manager then asks my daughter and her 6 yeAr old to get up and wait. They have shoes off and ready to go…We have been going to this business for years and the be treated like this was very disturbing for my daughter. We won’t be going to them ever again and I will make sure I share my experience with all my friends. If this is her standard way to do business it’s terrible .
