I was very disappointed as I’ve been going to the nail salon for quite a long time. Today my daughter and I had appointments at 3:45. I was getting a manicure she was getting a manicure and pedicure. I asked if she could possibly be done by 5:15 because they seem short staffed. I also told them if they can only do one manicure or pedicure for her instead of born during that time that would be fine too. They told me they weren’t sure they would get her in for either and she waited. 20 minutes later when someone walked in they took the other woman instead for a pedicure. If we did not have an appointment I would completely understand or if they were short staffed and unfortunately couldn’t get her and I would also understand but to take someone else was unacceptable. I am so very upset over the customer service as I truly did enjoy going to the salon previously.

Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had!! Amy took her time and really made sure to clean up my feet and toes. She did a great job on the leg/foot massage as well!

Super nice with last minute appointment. Was greeted right away. Helped with picking out my Christmas colors or any occasion ,Great Shellac Manicure. Great massage too !! Was referred by a friend and so happy I took the advice. Also a Christmas gift for the vist as well. So sweet! Definitely my favorite location here. They go and beyond to make you happy . Addicted to the Shellac powder and pedicure as well Love the nice pampering feel with a massage is A -plus .

Great salon. Extremely clean and I saw the process they go through at the end of the day to ensure that everything is sanitary for the next morning. They offer a variety of services and once you are drying your nails, they give you a back rub. Helen is the one that gave me my pedicure and although I’ll be back to see her, it seems like I can’t go wrong with any of them. Thank you Helen!

I made an appt and I felt like my pedicure was rushed. Not only did I have to wait until someone came, but then when someone finally came, they filled it w/ water and I barely got to even soak my feet. The whole experience just seemed very rushed to me, just so they could get me out of the chair and the next person in. The massage was also mediocre. I don’t think anyone pays $35+ To have someone stroke your foot for a few min.
