I meant to write this review much sooner but COVID-19 really delayed lots of things. Hoping to see the team at New Nails & Spa again soon when it’s safe to re-open. I became a customer just before the virus changed our day to day lives. Each appointment was a great experience due to the high quality of service, expertise and genuine appreciation demonstrated to customers. Critical: QualityI am very unsatisfied with the quality of work provided by this salon. I took my daught and her friend here to finally have our nails done a week ago and my gel nail polish is already chipping, both my daughter and her friend got acrylic nails and they are already lifting and popping off. Not to mention the lady that gave my daught her pedicure did something to her big toe and it is now infected. Definitely not worth the high price tag I had to pay.I am very unsatisfied with the quality of work provided by this salon. New owner Lee is amazing! Has completely changed the place for the better. She is very helpful and understands what her customers want. Finally a higher end nail salon in H.B.! Customer treatment is 100% better, she actually cares about her clients.

The new owners only interested in making a dollar. She gave my daughter at chemical burn waxing her chin and then told her to come back the next day so she can finish it. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel nail polish the next day the Polish started to peel off when the nails were a week old one of them popped off right where the tip was glued on and at 2 weeks old I have another one pop off. Not sure if the product is old or if they’re just not really sure of what they’re doing. We were made all kinds of promises by the owner Lee when we went in and we’re totally unsatisfied with all of the services that we received
