This place is nothing like it used to be…My daughter and I have both been coming here for years but in the recent months they rush and do a terrible job.I went here to get a manicure and pedicure before wedding anniversary trip to Mexico. By the time I got off the plane 2 nails had chipped. By the end of the week long trip my whole left hand was bare. My daughter was rushed and the nail tech lied and said she gave her a manicure when in fact she only changed her polish. These people a scammers and I am not going back EVER!!

Wish i could give 0 stars !! Terrible customer service .. waited an hour while 3 others got seated before me. Once i was sat they had trouble finding a color i got from them ! Then tried to overcharge for service not to mention they cracked the nails i had on trying to move fast. A fill in is never the price of a full set !! Wouldn’t recommend this place to a raccoon !!!!!

Went recently to get a simple black gel nail. I had a feeling the guy doing my nails wasn’t going to do a good job and he didn’t. There were bumps o had to ask him multiple times to get out. He did them in like 10 minutes. He suggested I get a sticker. I said no at first bc I didn’t want it to look like a sticker on my nails. He convinced me it would be cute and not look tacky. He did not set it flat and there were bubbles. Now a week later my gel nail polish is peeling and cracking. Don’t recommend.

I went here because my usual girl was not available and I was headed out of town the next day for a family function. They will stick you with an inexperienced nail tech he skipped steps my nails are different sizes and lengths. And my polish gel polish is chipping nails are flat dont have that small natural curve. Never again. When people are money hungry they will do a $h;tty job and talk about you when your sitting right there. I asked the owner if she was doing my nails she stated If I do your nails it will be expensive. Oooook. Should I pull my tax statement out?…… I mean seriously. Then she sits me with a new young man he was nice but shouldn’t be doing nails. 50 dollar lesson learned. I knew I stopped frequenting these salons for a reason. Unfortunately my tech had a family emergency. Never again!

This place taxes. Charged me $20 just to take off an acrylic set. Didn’t even have the professional soak off bowls. Just a regular kitchen cereal bowl with acetone and a napkin. Will not be back. Acrylic nails

Not satisfied with service. The tech appointed to me had no customer service skills. She did not tell me what was the next steps were. Waxed my eyebrows (which is not a service choice listed above) and didn’t say “I”m finished. Go pay now.” Did not say, put your hands in the bowl I’m going to do your manicure now. She only motioned for me to do things. I thought she was rough with my feet and hands. I did have a small cut on my big toe which day acknowledged and had me sign saying that already knew was present. She was gentle with my big toe which was very nice. Just not satisfied Over All. That’s why the $2 tip. Be friendlier. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman of a certain age and I expect that.
