Absolutely love this place! Went there for the first time today with a friend who was getting her nails done and decided to get a pedicure. They were amazing! I got a nice scrub down and they massaged my calf muscles and feet really good! The guy who did mine was very methodical and took the time to do a great job! I’ve found a new place to get my pedicures done.

I went in for just a basic pedicure. I picked my color and they asked if I wanted gel. I said yes. Then he asked if I wanted a scent and I picked cucumber. He asked if I also wanted the deluxe pedicure and he said something I couldn’t understand. I clearly told him NO. When he was almost done with the pedicure and he asked if I wanted hot towels. I assumed that came with the basic pedicure so I said yes. He then got hot stones and used them on my calves. I also assumed this came with the basic package. Never did he mention this was the deluxe package or what package it was or how much more it would be. When I went to pay I was surprised to see how much he had charged me. He said” $61 for you”when I only wanted the basic gel pedicure that states is $31 on your website and then he told me it would be $15 more for gel. I was like fine. But I get it I got the service and I paid for it but that is not what I asked for and he did not communicate that to me. Please make sure your staff understands what the customer doesn’t want before doing the service

Mom kept it simple. It was all done in a timely manner and everyone felt special while getting pampered, even my 9 year old son with his pedicure. When we sat on the pedicure chair we had a guy that spoke absolutely no English. I told him we wanted the BASIC PEDICURE. He just shook his head and made me pick a scent on a sheet.
