I came in at 5:30 pm and they advertise they are opne till 6. I ask if I can get 1 nail fixed and was told “no”. I understood it was late so I was wanting to ask if I could get an apoinment tomorrow, just to be ignored by the man in the front. I decided to leave and call the salon to speak to the owner. The lady who answered proceeds to tell me “it’s to late and everyone went home. I asked to speak to the owner and she said “she didn’t know the owners name. Long story short she refused to give me the info I needed and then hung up the phone on me after speaking over me while I’m still trying to schedule an appointment. I came a long way to be treated with disrespect by more than 1 employee. I’m so disappointed they probably do a great job but their customer service needs some work on a serious note.

I showed Tommy the picture on the right and asked him if it would be okay to get all the colors. I thought he would say no. But instead he helped me pick the same colors. He is very dedicated to his work. I was very impressed on the color match and quality. This is one of the few times I show the tech a picture and they get it the same. My mom, grandma, and I have been coming here for about 15 years or more. My mom is definitely a regular. I don’t go that often because I live on the other side of town. But when I know I’ll be on this side of town I make an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure.

Not sure what happened to this place it use to be very good 1 year ago. “Full set $25 & pedí “ I’ve noticed they like to include there own tip basically I paid $71 so $35 for both interesting I didn’t say anything it’s the first time it happens I just didn’t tip. I got home and noticed my nails looked bad all dry Acrylic off the sides no cuticle oil was used, love the shape I feel like didn’t get what I paid for tho! My pedi was OK but tbe nail tech was lazy. Overall the people there don’t show any work ethics and their customer service isn’t great. Will I go back ? Nope have been 4 years now over looking things here and there.

I got my nails done yesterday and am back today because nail polish is chipping off. I paid extra for gel Polish so it would not chip and it did same day. They act like it is an inconvenience to fix their mistake. I now have to wait 30 minutes to get them fixed and did not even get an im sorry for the inconvenience… The owner Tommy has done a great job In the past but this time sucked . Now they tell me you have to do all gel nail polish so it won’t chip. If they told me this I would have done it. I’m not a nail expert they are. It’s now my fault it chipped the same day. This was a week after I had them done that I had to get them all redone due to nail Polish chipping and a nail breaking 3 days after I paid $50.00 to have new set put on. When they removed my nails she did kept soak them just pried them off with a fake nail. I could kit sleep that night due to my nails thro bing in pain. I should not have come back to this place.. I will tell everyone I know and that’s a lot of people since I am a manager at sears call center… Horrible service and crapy Polish.

Went in to get a gel manicure, waited 45 minutes with only one person getting their nails done. After I got the manicure, I noticed there were air bubbles in the polish and there was lifting from the gel polish. At this point I was in the car headed back home, next day the air bubbles got bigger and the whole manicure looked nasty and gross. If you want to throw away $25 dollars then by all means, go to this salon. It’s sad to say that the owner himself did my nails. I would not recommend going here whatsoever. I posted 4 pictures please refer to the black and silver manicure. It is difficult to see the air bubbles however by the next morning my index finger with the biggest air bubbles in the polish had basically just flaked off by itself.
