Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismArrived with 2 customers ahead of me, was asked to return in 30 minutes. I did,then waited an hour setting on stained, dirty chairs for my peducure. The raunchy entire pedicure took 15 minutes at best. The man took off smoking & woman had a bad attitude. Worst pedicure & money spent there will not be repeated. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get my nails done with my sister in law and it was horrible. They reuse the same nasty file bits customer after customer and the man there cut literally every single finger with it. He also used his own nasty finger nail to push my skin under the nail where he messed up instead of fixing it. I had cuts all over the outline of my nails and he also cut them super jagged his wife had to fix them because he had to go outside and smoke. Then when I was done and she fixed them how I liked it was $40. She did really good on my design and actually made me feel satisfied. However I went in on Tuesday and started losing my nails by Friday. I paid $40 for nails for one week because they were all gone by the time Monday rolled around. I couldn’t ask for a refund because I live 700 miles away and was only visiting. They do great work here! Cindy and David are both very sweet but neither are super talkative unless you talk to them first. The store could be a little neater but it’s clean. My nails always look fantastic when I leave here. There is a lengthy wait on some days but I’ll tell you that it is well worth it.

Also a wide variety of colors 2 choose from…from acrylic powder colors to gel polish colors and lots of other design ideas….u name it they can do it. A friend of mine told me about this place. My first time was 3 weeks ago. Today my hubby and I went back for my “usual” refill and shorten. Only one lady being worked on, as usual not long after it picks up. Yes there are two that work there, and yes it’s somewhat a small area but to me they do great work. I will continue to drive from Meeker to have their skills and technique done on my finger nails. They are worth the wait. To the snobby young girls who came in second after I arrived shame on you and your attitude and rudeness. To the one who had the “issue”, the only thing I saw was normal unless you wanted polish on the under side of your nail? Cause honey they looked completely painted from my view. By the way your little “scene” dam sure isn’t going to stop those that were there from coming back. My assumption maybe you should have bought your “sack” before your nails.

Had a manicure which included leg massage. Not separate prices just manicure. Daughter got pedi they were not in a hurry, but were not slow.
