I’m not sure if it’s because I used gift certificates but the rep seemed rushed and used too much polish that even though it dried it still easily messed up. The eyebrow wax was perfect. Got a manicure with gel polish there three times (twice by a man whose station is near the front door). I’m pleased with the quality of their work. I went again almost two weekends ago for a mani/pedi for which I arrived five minutes before they opened. They placed me in one of the pedicure chairs and proceeded to soak my feet….for almost an hour. During this time about four more people arrived, one got a pedicure completed, another got a manicure completed, and the other two started getting manicures. When I asked why I was still waiting, was told the other people had appointments. So I got up and left. If they had told me when I arrived they were booked at that time, I would have made an appointment for another time.
