i used to love this place but i am EXTREMELY disappointed this time. i will never be coming back. i got some longer nails and i’ve never had an issue with them until this time. my right hand middle finger nail snapped off while i was in bed. okay, whatever, sometimes it happens.

Great experience. First time getting sns nails. I usually do the crystal clear gel nails at home. The ladies were very nice, very informative and this technique is faster. No need for the UV lamp. Will be returning and I would definitely recommend this salon.

This place was horrible! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would! And when I called up there to complain about how terrible it was she hung up on me. They cut my fingers I was there for over 2 hours to just get SnS dip it was all around a terrible experience I can’t believe I even paid I should have walked out! If you are even thinking about going there change your mind go someplace else! I cannot even express how horrible my experience was from the waiting time to the terrible nail tech to the other 2 nail techs that tried to fix what the 1st nail Tech did! It was terrible!

Critical: QualityI got SNS here around Halloween. Salon was fine, visit was fine. I thought it was a little weird when the technician didn’t have me wash my hands in the middle of the SNS process like most salons do. The powder had stained my hands black and the tech didn’t seem to care much. Two hours after walking out of the salon I had a huge chip while opening the dishwasher. By the next day I had three chips. Never has this ever happened to me! I went back and the tech was pleasant enough – didn’t really fix the problem but instead just filed down my nails so you couldn’t see the chips. I could have done that at home. Within about a week I had to go to another salon to have another SNS manicure due to the amount of chips. I think this salon just used a bad powder (not name brand), but it stinks when you pay so much for a service that does not last.Services: Manicure, Dip powderI got SNS here around Halloween. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have went to New Nails for a while now. Last time I went, it wasn’t the best nail job BUT I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were super busy and overwhelmed. I went again today (5/20/2021) and tell the woman tomorrow is my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, so I need my nails perfect like usual! Man! It was EVERYTHING but perfect. From the nail tech being completely rude and rough, to my nails just all around jacked up. I won’t be back.I have went to New Nails for a while now. I have been to many nail salons. And this place. New Nails is by far the best one yet. The staff. They are kind, they are gentle when working, they take their time to make sure their work is done correctly, they do their best to make sure the client is happy. My first time at this salon and I loved it. I hope they will always keep up the good work. 🙂

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment and they had me wait an hour with my feet in cold water while I waited. They did not use lotion or any product in the water or any scrubs with my pedicure. They used non sterile tools for both mani and pedi out of a drawer instead of the sterilized package. My nail and toe nail polish doesn’t match and it looks like a toddler painted them. The tech cut me numerous times and smiled about it. I was there a total of three hours and it cost me 85. Very very very dissatisfied. I will have to go elsewhere to get them redone.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI had an appointment and they had me wait an hour with my feet in cold water while I waited.
