Critical: QualityI got SNS here around Halloween. Salon was fine, visit was fine. I thought it was a little weird when the technician didn’t have me wash my hands in the middle of the SNS process like most salons do. The powder had stained my hands black and the tech didn’t seem to care much. Two hours after walking out of the salon I had a huge chip while opening the dishwasher. By the next day I had three chips. Never has this ever happened to me! I went back and the tech was pleasant enough – didn’t really fix the problem but instead just filed down my nails so you couldn’t see the chips. I could have done that at home. Within about a week I had to go to another salon to have another SNS manicure due to the amount of chips. I got SNS here around Halloween. Salon was fine, visit was fine. I thought it was a little weird when the technician didn’t have me wash my hands in the middle of the SNS process like most salons do. I have went to New Nails for a while now. Last time I went, it wasn’t the best nail job BUT I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were super busy and overwhelmed. I went again today (5/20/2021) and tell the woman tomorrow is my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, so I need my nails perfect like usual! Man! It was EVERYTHING but perfect. From the nail tech being completely rude and rough, to my nails just all around jacked up. I won’t be back.

I now can’t go anywhere else because this place is just the best place to do nails!! They are so nice in there all the time with smiles even with having to wear the hot masks all day. I recommend this place 110% and they are super clean!! I live in Lexington and I drive to Nicholasville to get my nails done specifically at this place. I now can’t go anywhere else because this place is just the best place to do nails!! They are so nice in there all the time with smiles even with having to wear the hot masks all day. I recommend this place 110% and they are super clean!! They did not use lotion or any product in the water or any scrubs with my pedicure. They used non sterile tools for both mani and pedi out of a drawer instead of the sterilized package. My nail and toe nail polish doesn’t match and it looks like a toddler painted them. The tech cut me numerous times and smiled about it. I was there a total of three hours and it cost me 85. I had an appointment and they had me wait an hour with my feet in cold water while I waited. They did not use lotion or any product in the water or any scrubs with my pedicure. They used non sterile tools for both mani and pedi out of a drawer instead of the sterilized package. My nail and toe nail polish doesn’t match and it looks like a toddler painted them.
