This is sad. I brought my daughter here to get a manicure. What’s upsetting is the fact that she showed them what she wanted done before she even sat down. The gentleman started working on her nails. The nails were nothing like what she asked for in shape, design, anything. They were supposed to be stiletto nails with initials and a crown. That’s what was even more frustrating. When he got to the design, he told her he couldn’t do it huh?!? Then the wife chimed in stating, they’d need an airbrush. Huh?!? Why didn’t he or both of you make that clear when she showed you what she wanted off the jump? And whenever you get a pedicure, you leave with a crooked looking nail. ♀️Never again! ♀️I kept trying to attach the photos but was unsuccessful.

Got a manicure TWO DAYS AGO and three of my nails are already chipping. You can see the few coats he did underneath the top coat it looks very cheap. The woman who did my eyebrows did a good job tho so I guess that’s the only plus. Should’ve been my first red flag when I walked in and there was only one other person besides me on a sunday

Unfortunately was not happy with the pedicure that I received I paid a lot of money in my toes did not look good at all and after my feet dried after I got home you could still see dead skin on my feet and the service should have taken about 45 minutes to an hour cuz I got the massage of the stones on my legs and I and my friends were all done with three different services at the same time 30 minutes the girl that did their toes did an amazing job but the owner of the business OMG she needs to not do it no more chairs are broke down you feel the knobbies way too much the cushions need to be refilled or they need to get new chairs kind of smells of mold good luck but I will not return

Wasn’t at all what i asked for very over priced. The service was horrible they were rushing the whole time no nail preparation pushing cuticle back cleaning up nail bed none of that was done nails were lifting in one week. My sister in law went with me and her nail tech was some dude who after i paid for both sets started to raise his voice and yell at her so disrespectful will never be going back nor do I recommend this shop to anyone.

Very unprofessional. I had to record the nail tech and his companion for evidence purposes. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism. I told a young lady who was going for service to be aware. They had no issues calling me several names and using racial slurs as a way to receive a reaction. It has now been brought to my attention that there have been similar problems in the past from this nail salon. This was my second time their, and I vow never to give them another dollar. If you are a minority pay attention who you spend your money with. The way it was so easy for them to say such degrading things, is a reflection of their true feelings.

Do not recommend! I went here as a last minute thing to relax and get a full set and pedicure before my vacation. Cheap products, nail polish is still streaky and see through after 4 coats. Nail tech is very rude, he through a fit and stormed outside to smoke when I told him two of my nails were crooked. Rush our pedicures and full sets then over charge you. Stay away from this place.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy nails were rushed and very ugly. I gave her an inspiration picture and it was not what I asked for. I asked for skinny coffin and were given these. They were very thick. The acrylic went over my nail and when I asked her to fix it she blamed it on my fingers. I used to come here all the time but I will not return. She also demanded that I pay full price but I refused, she tried to charge me $85. My toe nail, which is also acrylic also chipped the same day.
