The guy was nice that greeted me. The two girls were at a desk on their phone, one with headphones. The headphones did my pedicure. I had a problem with that because I ask her please cut them short, I wasn’t aware she wouldn’t hear me. She was not friendly at all but she did do a good job. When I left I gave her spoke to the man that checked me out and I explained it to him. He assured me he would speak to her to not wear earphones that don’t let her hear directions from the customer. I will try them again because he is professional and friendly.

There are three girls that works there. The owner had to tell one girl to go take care of a customer and she sat on her phone. The customer was on her phone and she went back to get on her phone. The one young lady did her job with my friend!! They just acted like they didn’t want to be there. Shout out to the young lady that did her job.

I love the way my natural nails are being taken care of! I love getting full sets…I was getting serviced somewhere else but developed a fungus! I went to New Nails to cover it! He said NO! WE GOT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS FIRST! And that sold me cause where I had been going, they would have done what I asked! He’s not slow and his work is on point! Nails look like $1 press on nails, too thin they broke off in less than a week, you can see through them in the light, have bubbles in the polish didn’t even bother to make the polish neat, nails are crooked and as soon as I figure out how to post pics I will. Let me say the woman and man with the glasses that did our pedicures WERE GREAT but the older male that does nails and goes to smoke outside did not do a good job and he was rude as well.
