If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here with a friend and our daughters, and let the tech know which services we were hoping to get, but she didn’t tell us that she was the only person working that day, and began my friend’s nails. She did not trim our cuticles, evenly file the ends of our nails, or polish them evenly.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Polish is uneven across my toes. This picture doesn’t do it justice. Manicure was a little better. She didn’t change the towel from the previous person’s manicure, which was pretty disgusting. Don’t expect a massage and lotion.

First walk in was no ventilation, the smell was overwelming, then the gentleman doing the nails was very unclean and unprofessional. My daughter and my niece, both 14, got acrylic sets and my niece had poor paint job, all the nails were uneven and too short. Had to fix them 3 different times and he was not happy and just cut one of them and didn’t file it so it was sharp, i had to point out to him to fix it again then he filed it aggressively and tossed her hand to the side… so i had to stand over my daughter to make sure he did better! He rushed through it but i wasn’t settling, but the woman had come over and fixed both of their nails and spent another 30 minutes on them but she was great and we left happy… finally

I am giving 5 stars because Nancy was an EXCELLENT technician. Over the top pleased with her skill and demeanor. However, the shop itself leaves a lot to be desired. It is the nail shop that time forgot. ALL of the polish is at least 5 years old and separated. The shop looks dusty and dirty and the nail tables look terrible. The pedicure stations were cleaner than anything else. There was a man there doing nails that kept taking smoke breaks in a chair inside the shop while cracking the back door. The ventilation is awful and the mixing of the cigarette smoke and chemical fumes was pure torture. I would like to say I will return but I will not. Sad face.

Went to this place and feel they are not interested in doing nails but wasting others time. The wife prepped my nails but kept drilling too hard and slipping with the drill onto my skin because she was too interested in her movie. Which by the way was inappropriate for a nail salon. Who wants to watch a movie while people are being killed, this visit should be peaceful.

30 minutes after I left, my acrylic nails were bending. I got my nails done on a Saturday and had to wait until Tuesday to get them fixed. When she redid the broken ones my fingernails looks like raptor claws!!
