Clean , they are quick, customer service could be better, they do a good job with my nails I always get ombre which is $65 . But if you want certain colors of ombre they charge $80 which is crazy because there should be a set price for a service. So im giving a 3 star because of the price hike in the ombre nails & they need to work on their customer service.

It is no longer called New Nails. It has changed owners and is called Unique Nail Bar. They are very clean and practice good sanitizing and they are not overpriced. The two women working when my mom and I went, were very nice and very patient. My mom is almost 77 and kept messing up her nails before they were dry. After they redid several of her nails, a couple of them twice, the woman ended up holding her hands while chatting with us until they were dry. It was a very sweet thing for her to do. I know now to always get my mom gel.
